The show opened yesterday and it will last up to May 4. The show was nice, this year the exhibits were mostly floral, King Louis Flowers and Plants occupied the main exhbit w/ celosias, hydrangeas, mums, marigolds, lilies and cabbages of various colors. Vic Chin decked his booth w/ marigolds, petunias and huge hibiscus. Malvarosa orchids of course had huge phalaenopsis and cattleyas all over the place. One notable specimen was the Brassavolva digbyana, twas very pretty however the flowers didnt make it to the second day. This year no notable plants were shown, it was the usual, no foliage anthuriums, no sans, nothing freaky, mostly commercial.
